Bulk Tallow 2lbs (Seasonal Item)

This is our grass fed and finished beef tallow, dry rendered. They are weighed at exactly 2 pounds. 
We source our tallow from local Arizona cows that are raised on large pasture acreage. They are completely grass fed until processed. We are truly proud of the way these cows are raised and grateful for the gift they give us not only with food but with their nourishing fat.

We render our tallow gently and it goes through several strains to completely remove any sediment. This is dry rendered so it will have a faint scent of beef. It is mild. 

We only use kidney fat, or leaf fat.

These are in vacuum sealed freezer bags. They are kept frozen until shipped. We recommend keeping them in the freezer until you use them. There will be instructions also on care of tallow once you receive it.

This is a seasonal item and only available when we have extra. It is limited and dependent on the number of cows being processed.
