REFUNDS
We do not issue refunds except under specific circumstances, and we do not accept returns. We offer shipping Route insurance on each product. The responsibility to get insurance is on the customer. In the event you need to utilize the insurance you purchased due to an item being damaged or lost during shipment, the customer will need to email us at hello@grasslandbeauty.com and we will open a claim with Route Protection on your behalf. Route will either refund or replace your items after reviewing the claim. If items arrive damaged, then please include in email pictures of damages.
We will also refund on certain circumstances such as the customer being completely unsatisfied with their purchase within a 30-day period. If you reach out to us passed the 30 days after you've received your item, we are not obligated to issue a refund.
We will not refund if item has melted during shipping. We put in our product descriptions if it is prone to melt. We also put in our descriptions that there can be slight variations between product batches due to its natural state. We do not use freezer packs or uv protected packing as it will raise the cost significantly for the customer and for us.
