Grassland Beauty LLC offers handmade skincare products which include but is not limited to soap, balms, butter, cleaning soaps, oils, and other similar types. Grassland Beauty also offers natural supplements such as herbs and tinctures. We are not legally responsible for any kind of reaction a person might acquire due to using our products. We use mainly natural botanicals in our leave on products which can cause allergic reactions to some people. We list every ingredient in each product. We encourage our customers to do a patch test with everything to ensure there is no negative reaction with their skin. In the event there is some type of reaction, we encourage you to stop using the product immediately and seek medical attention if needed. Our business is not legally liable for damages that occur due to using our products.

For our wash off soap type products, we also list every ingredient. We purchase our fragrance oils from reputable companies, if there is an irritation due to a specific fragrance oil, please reach out to us and we will provide the details as to what company manufactures this fragrance oil. From there a complete list of ingredients in that fragrance oil can be obtained from the company that manufactures the fragrance.

We also utilize synthetic ingredients, purchased from reputable suppliers. Please email us if you have questions in regards to that.

We do not share private consumer information's, such as names, phone numbers, emails, credit card numbers, personal addresses with any third-party person. We believe in protecting one's privacy immensely and will never give out any private personal information. 

We rely on our host-Shopify to also uphold their terms of service in reference to consumer privacy.

All sales are final unless an item is damaged, lost during transit (Proof must be provided it wasn't received), or customer was extremely unhappy with product. A refund will only be applied to certain conditions such as these, and each request for a refund is handled on a case-by-case basis. We sell handmade perishable items therefore returns will not be accepted.

We value our customers deeply and will always put their concerns and needs first.

Grassland Beauty reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. We also reserve the right to ban a customer indefinitely from our services due to any reason.
