Ashwagandha Tincture

Ashwagandha is an herb with many different capabilities that it can lend its wonderful support to. Named after the words "horse smell" its an herb that touches on many issues that plague the western civilization. Such as burn out, and being overworked to the point of exhaustion. It also is a calming adaptogen which is great for those who struggle with anxiety or nervousness. 

We like to utilize Ashwagandha for those days, weeks, months when we are tired and worn down and fatigued. If you find yourself fatigued often, forgetting things, not being able to sleep because of the stresses of your life or situation then Ashwagandha can be great to utilize. It can be taken long term for its benefits. If you have racing thoughts and your mind just wont shut off so you can get the rest you need Ashwagandha can help with that.

Another amazing benefit with this root is its ability to support healthy hormonal levels due to its steroidal alkaloids.

Actions/supports: Energy levels, fatigue, exhaustion, concentration, anxiety, insomnia, focus, memory, feelings of calmness, nervousness, racing thoughts, immune system, and hormonal support.

Directions: Take one dropper full diluted in water or juice. We recommend taking this one time to start a day preferably in the evenings to start. Then you can slowly increase to twice a day then as needed. We make our tinctures strong so you don't need to take them more than 3 times a day.
