This potent delicious blend of herbs was crafted for those who struggle to get a good night's rest. If you find yourself lying awake at night with the worries or struggles of life and your mind won't shut off, then this tea may be just what you're looking for. 

With its earthy, woodsy taste you will find that drifting off to sleep will be much more achievable. We crafted this blend to help us with our own personal sleep struggles. After struggling majorly throughout life to sleep the whole night through and continually having broken sleep every night, it was time to reach to the herbs for help. This blend touches on different issues that impede a good night's rest. Such as restlessness, anxiousness, irritability, and racing thoughts. 

Ingredients: Valeriana Wallichii (Valerian Root), Nepata Cataria (Catnip), Passiflora Incarnata (Passion flower), Melissa Officinalis (Lemonbalm)

Weight 30 Grams/1.06 oz. of Loose leaf packaged in organic craft paper resealable pouch. 

Serving Size: 30 

Directions: Use 1 well rounded teaspoon per 4-6 oz of water. Add boiling water and let steep for 12-15 minutes. Let steep longer for a more potent drink. *Add sweetener and cream or milk for a truly delicious tea. 

Taste profile: Earthy, Herbacious, woody and slightly smokey finishing with a mild hint of spice that is not overpowering but warming.
